Ingredients:
☐ 2 x 250g packet Biscoff Cookies
☐ 1x 410g can Lite Condensed Milk (See note)
☐ 250g Unsalted Butter ☐ 2-4 pieces 100% Cocoa Chocolate (Cacao powder)
Method:
- Finely break up biscuits in a food Processor, or place in a large zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or a meat mallet.
- Melt the butter and combine with the condensed milk in a saucepan, then pour into a bowl with the crushed biscuits and combine well.
- Line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper (no need to grease due to the high butter content).
- Sprinkle grated, shaved chocolate or Cacao powder on top and lightly press with your fingers. Place in fridge for 4 hours, or overnight to set.

5. Slice into 20 pieces (approx. 4cm x 5 cm). You can halve these to make smaller (less calories) for a quick treat
NOTE:
I use skim sweetened Condensed Milk, in an attempt to make this ‘healthier’!
