A cheat’s version of Coq Au ViIn, which is a well-known French chicken stew, but here’s an interesting, and simple way to serve it, have it for a dinner party or a BBQ! Maybe not as ‘posh’ or refined as the traditional way, but certainly as tastee – especially for a French themed dinner party!
