Ingredients:
☐ 2 ripe Avocados
☐ ½ small Red Onion
☐ 1 Jalapeño
☐ 1 tsp minced Garlic
☐ Juice of 1-2 Limes
☐ 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
☐ 1 tsp Mexican Spice Mix
☐ Salt & Pepper
Method:
- Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh, discarding the seed. Mash as finely as you desire.
- Finely dice the onion and chop the tomato.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for half an hour to allow the flavours to meld.
