Ingredients:
☐ 1 medium ripe Avocado
☐ 1 Lemon
☐ ¼ – ½ tspn Cayenne Pepper
☐ Salt & Pepper to taste
☐ ½ cup Water
Method:
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a ‘Nutribullet’-style blender with the juice from the lemon, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and ¼ cup water (hot water if you are serving it straight away).
- Taste and adjust the seasoning & spice to your liking. Add additional water until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Refrigerate until needed – sauce will keep for about 3 days.
- Use on eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, veges such as broccolini, wilted spinach or asparagus.
